Hextal persistent messaging is the central communication hub of your organisation. Organised by thematic channels (by project, by team, by topic) and direct conversations, it allows your employees to exchange in real time or asynchronously, with a complete and accessible history. Each message is encrypted, timestamped and retained according to your retention policy.
Beyond text, messaging supports file sharing (with integrated preview), reactions, discussion threads to avoid polluting the main channel, @ mentions to call a colleague, and pinned messages for important information. Notifications are configurable per channel, with silent mode options (focus mode) and scheduled reminders.
Unlike Slack or Teams, your Hextal messaging is hosted on dedicated OVH servers in France and encrypted with your keys. Communication metadata — who talks to whom, when, in which channel — is not exploited for commercial purposes.
