The Hextal AI assistant is an artificial intelligence engine integrated into the platform, capable of understanding and leveraging all your documents, conversations and data to assist you on a daily basis. Unlike consumer AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot), the Hextal assistant runs exclusively on your infrastructure: your data is never sent to a third-party cloud service for processing.
The assistant can search for information across your entire document base in natural language ("find the commercial proposal sent to client X last March"), summarise lengthy documents or discussion threads ("summarise the decisions made in this meeting report"), generate document drafts from your existing templates and data, or assist you in drafting responses to tenders.
Confidentiality is at the heart of the design: the assistant strictly respects user permissions. It can only access documents and spaces the user already has access to. All assistant interactions are logged in the audit trail. The assistant can use open language models (LLaMA, Mistral) to guarantee full sovereignty.
