Each uploaded file is automatically encrypted with AES-256-GCM, versioned on every modification, and accessible according to granular permissions you define per user, per team or per workspace.
Automatic versioning preserves the complete history of each document. You can view a previous version at any time, compare two versions, or restore an earlier state. Each version is timestamped and cryptographically linked to the audit trail, ensuring complete traceability of document changes. Version comments allow your colleagues to document the nature of the modifications made.
Document sharing takes just a few clicks, with fine-grained permissions: read-only, comment, edit, or full control. You can share with internal users, but also generate secure external sharing links with password, expiration date and download limit. Each share is recorded in the audit trail.
