Surveys can be anonymous or named, one-off or recurring (e.g. weekly pulse survey). You can target specific teams or the entire organisation. Results are analysed in real time with charts, trends over time and segmentations by team, seniority or site.
Anonymity is technically guaranteed: when anonymous mode is activated, Hextal dissociates the response from the respondent's identity. Aggregated results do not allow tracing back to an individual. Survey data is encrypted and timestamped like all other Hextal data, and results can be archived in a proof dossier for your quality processes.
